Manitou MLT-961-160 V+ - Feyter Feyter Forklift Services

The MLT-961-160 V+ is Manitou's heaviest agricultural telehandler. The machine is equipped with a powerful Yanmar 4.5 liter engine (Stage V) which produces 156 horsepower. A very solid chassis and extra strong axles (Spicer) are aimed at heavy-duty use.

The MLT-961 replaced the MLT-960 in 2018. The difference? More comfort, higher performance and more efficiency! But the biggest progression is the chassis leveling function; this provides no less than 5000 kg lifting capacity at the maximum lifting height of 9 meters (that is more than +40% compared to the previous model).

Powerful workhorse, easy to use

Even more than its predecessor, the MLT960, the Manitou MLT961-160 is designed in its entirety for heavy duty use. This is reflected in many parts such as the chassis, the reinforced axles, reinforced brakes, a hydraulic pump with a flow rate of up to 200 liters per minute, and so on.

The biggest difference, however, is a brand new feature: Chassis leveling. With this function Manitou has made it possible to enormously increase the residual capacity, the lifting capacity at the maximum lifting height of 9 meters, to as much as 5,000 kilos.

The easy-to-use M-Vario Plus transmission allows very smooth and precise manoeuvring.
